Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs the $99 new client month at SolFit worth taking?
For St. Augustine locals it is the obvious way in. $99 covers 30 days of unlimited classes, one complimentary guest pass, one complimentary infrared sauna session and personalized onboarding. The catch is renewal: it rolls into a Monthly Unlimited membership unless you cancel or upgrade. The 1-Month Unlimited Pass is $159, so decide before the month is out whether that is the rate you want.
Which SolFit pass fits how often I train?
Unlimited runs $159 for one month, $419 for three and $759 for six, renewing automatically every 30, 90 or 180 days, and the six-month pass is cheapest per month. The alternative is the $299 10-class pack, valid for 5 months. Once you are doing six or more classes a month, the $159 month beats the pack.
How early does SolFit open, and which days finish by lunchtime?
Tuesday and Thursday open at 6am, with Tuesday running latest to 7pm and Thursday closing at 6:30pm. Monday and Wednesday keep 9am to 6:30pm. From Friday to Sunday it is mornings only: Friday and Saturday end at 11am, Sunday at 11:30am.
Does SolFit teach Pilates on reformers or on the mat?
On the mat. No reformer appears anywhere in the SolFit class lineup. Sculpt Pilates is heated and uses lighter weights for core strength, stability and posture, with ankle weights suggested for extra intensity.
What is BareFootBootCamp, and how is it different from LiFT?
BareFootBootCamp is a barefoot workout mixing powerhouse moves with fitness techniques for abs, buns and full-body strength. LiFT is progressive strength training built around lifting heavier with proper form.
Which SolFit class suits someone who has never done Yoga?
YOGA I, a foundational flow on alignment, breath and strength that suits beginners. If you would rather start with cardio, BOUNCE + BARRE pairs low-impact cardio with sculpting barre work.
