About Sōl Studio
Sōl Studio heats the room. Every class on the timetable at 615 S Livingston Avenue runs in infrared heat, and that is the thing to know before booking, because it changes what an ordinary Pilates or yoga class feels like more than the format does.
There are four formats and the names do not explain themselves, so: Sōl Pilates is the slow, controlled one, rooted in traditional Pilates principles and aimed at core strength and posture. Sōl Sculpt is the high-energy strength class, built on controlled repetitions, muscle-isolating sequences and pulses. Sōl Flow is the yoga, breath-led and sequenced for flexibility. Sōl Burn is the cardio and strength interval class, the closest thing here to HIIT.
Booking runs through Arketa, and the studio points people at its own app rather than a schedule on the website. It publishes an email address instead of a phone number, so that is the way to reach it with a question.
Sōl does not publish a drop in rate or a membership rate anywhere on its site, so this profile shows no price and we are not going to invent one. Google rates the studio 4.7 from 13 reviews.

View all FAQsWhich classes does Sōl Studio run?
The schedule splits into Sōl Pilates, slow and controlled movement rooted in traditional Pilates, and Sōl Sculpt, which is high-energy full-body work combining strength with Pilates-inspired exercises. Sōl Flow is breath-led yoga sequencing. Sōl Burn is fast-paced cardio and strength intervals, and the HIIT side of the timetable sits at that end of the range, so choose by how hard you want to breathe rather than by the name.
Is the room heated for every class?
No. Some classes are set in a heated room, and infrared heat is one of the things Sōl Studio leans on hardest. Check which format you are booking if heat is a problem for you.
What does an unlimited membership at Sōl Studio cost?
Unlimited memberships were advertised from $170 a month during a presale period, so that figure may not still hold. Flexible monthly memberships and class packs are sold alongside it. Ask before you buy, because presale pricing rarely survives an opening.
Is the $10 drop-in price still on?
Treat $10 as a launch rate rather than the standing one, since it was flagged as limited-time. The free week ran August 11-17 and is done. Confirm the current drop-in price on the booking page before you turn up expecting it.
How early should I get to Livingston for a first class?
Arrive 10-15 minutes early. That covers check-in at 615 S Livingston Ave, buying grippy socks if you forgot yours, and settling into a heated room before anything starts.
Are grippy socks compulsory?
Yes. Grippy socks are required for every class, and Sōl Studio sells pairs in-studio.
Does Sōl Studio teach yoga as well as Pilates?
Yes. Sōl Flow is the yoga slot, breath-led and intentional rather than fast, and it shares the timetable with the Pilates, Sculpt and HIIT formats. Booking runs on Arketa, so one account covers all of it.
What does a 4.7 rating from 13 reviews tell you about this studio?
Not a great deal yet. A sample of 13 reviews is thin, and one bad night moves an average that small, so read them instead of trusting the score. Sōl Studio ran an opening week of free classes recently enough that the count in Livingston is still building.
