Obsessed with this heated mat and reformer Pilates! I love both but the heated mat class is my favorite because it’s perfectly hot and the classes are challenging/upbeat. I love leaving class feeling like it was well worth my time and the money!

Sculpt is the strength one, built on light weights and body-weight resistance. Sweat is the cardio one, high energy with added weights and dynamic movement. Stretch is the slow one, a classical Pilates flavoured class working on flexibility and alignment. Each name comes in a mat version and a reformer version, so the Sol Sculpt you book on a mat is not the Sol Sculpt you book on a carriage.
Heat runs 85-90° for mat Sculpt and for both Sweat classes. Reformer Sculpt and both Stretch classes stay at room temperature, so there is a cool way in.
No. Friday is mornings only, wrapping at 11:30am, and the evening block that runs Monday through Thursday until 8pm does not repeat. Weekends are morning affairs too: Saturday from 7am and Sunday from 7:30am, both done by 12pm.
