How big is the gap between the tiers?

Enormous at the top. Twelve classes a month is $576 and unlimited is $635, so fifty nine dollars buys unlimited access. If you are booking twelve, book unlimited. Four classes is $208 and eight is $400.

When does booking open?

Every Tuesday at 1 PM, for the following Monday through Sunday. In Southampton during the season that hour is when the good slots go.

How many people are in a class?

Ten, on Megaformer machines, for 50 minutes. The studio caps it deliberately to keep the room workable.

What can a first timer buy?

A three pack for $60, or two weeks unlimited for $150. Against a $55 single class, the three pack is close to one class for the price of three.

What is the method?

Slow paced movement designed to reach muscle failure by removing momentum, working slow twitch fibres against Megaformer spring resistance. It is not fast and it is not gentle.

What do the class packs cost?

On season: $265 for 5, $510 for 10 and $980 for 20.

Along the street in front of the building and behind the studio. It is on Hill Street across from the movie theatre, which is the landmark to use.
