View all FAQsHow do I actually book a class here, and do I need an account first?
You book through their WellnessLiving portal, linked from their site. You will need to create an account there, but it takes a minute.
I've never used a Reformer. Should I buy a single drop-in or a 7-day pass?
If you're new and want to try a few classes, the 7-day pass at $59 is a better deal than two drop-ins at $49 each. But the drop-in is fine if you just want one class.
Do they sell grip socks at the studio, or do I need to bring my own?
They sell grip socks at the studio, so you don't have to bring them. They also sell water and towels for hot mat classes.
How early should I show up for my first class?
For your first visit, arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver and get familiar with the reformer. They have a 5-minute grace period for all classes, but after that you're not allowed in.
What's the late cancel and no-show policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $20 late cancel fee. If you don't cancel and don't show, it's also $20.
Can I put my membership on hold if I'm going away?
Yes, if you're not in the middle of a contract. You can hold it for 30 days at a time, but there's a $50 monthly fee for each month it's on hold.
