Yes, explicitly. Restore describes its movement as faith inspired and its environment as faith centred, and the introductory reformer class is named for foundations and faith. Worth knowing before you book, either way. It does not change what a reformer does, but it does change the room you are doing it in, and the studio is upfront about that rather than leaving you to work it out in the first class.
What reformers are used?
Allegro 2 machines from Balanced Body, with a white powder coated aluminium frame and a carbon fibre infinity footbar. That is a current generation reformer rather than an older fleet.
Can I look round first?
Yes, complimentary 20 minute tours are offered, and the instructor takes calls and texts directly if nothing on the calendar suits.
What do partner sessions cost?
$45 per person for one, $170 per person for a four session package and $320 per person for eight. A five session semi private package is $399.
What does it cost to drop in?
$35 a class, with membership from $115 a month and unlimited at $399.
What if I forget my grip socks?
The instructor keeps a spare pair to borrow. Regular socks are too slippery for the equipment, so it is grippy socks or nothing.
Is there parking on site?
The building has entrances on both sides. Most people use the lot on the south side, and there is street parking on the north.
What are the studio hours?
5am starts on Monday and Wednesday, 6am on Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday is a morning only finishing at 10:30am. Saturday runs 7:30am to 12:30pm and Sunday is closed.
