Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow fast does a drop in expire?
Twenty four hours from purchase, which is the shortest expiry in this directory by a wide margin. Buy it on the day you intend to use it, not the week before.
What is the new client package?
Four classes for $89, expiring 30 days from purchase and non refundable. Against a $35 drop in that is the obvious first purchase.
Do class credits roll over?
On the monthly memberships yes, which is unusual. The 10 classes a month tier at $209 and the 5 class tier both roll unused credits into the next month. The class packs do not: those expire at 30 days.
What do the tiers cost?
Two figures appear, $209 and $224 a month. Either way it carries a 60 day booking window, no contract and no cancellation fee, which is a fair set of terms.
What are the late cancel fees?
$15 inside twelve hours for most classes, rising to $25 for the 5am and 6am ones. A no show is $25 or the credit, unless you were pulled off a waitlist less than an hour before.
How many people share the room?
Five clients at most, across the reformer, TRX and chair sessions alike.
What kit do I need on?
Grip socks for reformer classes, and your own yoga mat for the hot Pilates. Parking is at the studio.
Is there another location?
Yes, a second Remedy Room studio in Lincoln, a short drive north east of Loomis.
