Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Does a first visit cost anything?

There is a complimentary Reform Foundations class on Sundays at 11 AM for new clients, and signing up on the website gives you a free credit for it. Three starter sessions are $45 on top.

What kit does the studio have?

PersonalHour Nano Pro Lite reformers, which is an unusual choice. Most studios run Balanced Body or a proprietary machine, so the feel here will differ from what you are used to.

What are the class formats?

Renew for lengthening and mobility, Align for refining foundations, and the RW Method, which is the studio's own class working alignment, control and strength. All three are billed as all levels.

What does an after work class cost?

$20 for a drop in and $130 a month for a membership covering that specific evening class.

How early can I reserve?

Two weeks, through the website or the Reform West app on your phone.

What is the Pop Up Tour?

A limited series of collaborative mat Pilates sessions at unusual locations around El Paso, run outside the studio timetable.

What does the week look like?

Unevenly. Tuesday is a morning only finishing at 11am, Thursday adds an evening to 7:30pm, Friday runs a morning to 11:30am and an evening to 7pm, and both weekend days are 9am to 12pm.

What should I put on?

Fitted tops and bottoms so the instructor can see your alignment and nothing catches in the equipment. A hair tie if your hair is long, and a small towel for wiping the reformer.
