Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Which class should a beginner take at Reform Fitness?

Beginner RF: Sculpt. It runs at a slower pace with extra guidance, so you get familiar with the XFormer machine and proper form before trying Signature RF: Sculpt or Strength.

Is Reform Fitness classical Pilates?

No. The studio calls its method Modern Pilates: it keeps low-impact movement and core engagement, then adds high-intensity and strength-training work on custom XFormer machines, mixing in cardio.

How does Signature RF: Sculpt differ from Signature RF: Strength?

Sculpt is built on slow, controlled movements and time under tension across core, lower body and upper body, working slow-twitch muscle fibers for endurance and definition. Strength applies foundational strength training principles to the XFormer through resistance-based movements, targeting both fast- and slow-twitch fibers for power and control. If the machine is new to you, take Beginner RF: Sculpt before either one.

What does a late cancel cost at Reform Fitness?

The studio's own FAQ asks for at least 10 hours' notice through the Reform Fitness app or website. Inside 10 hours the credit is lost, and a no-show also costs $15. Other published figures differ, so go by the studio's own page.

How early should I get to my first class in Oviedo?

Arrive 5 minutes before class, or 10 minutes earlier than that on your first visit, when you can mention any injury to the instructor. Sign the waiver sent to you and bring grip socks, which the studio sells.

Is Reform Fitness open in the middle of the day?

No. Weekdays split into a morning block that ends at 11am and an evening block that runs to 8:30pm, or 7:30pm on Friday. Saturday is 9am to 1pm and Sunday 9am to 12pm.

Can I rent the Oviedo studio for a private event?

Yes, for groups of up to 8 guests, with add-ons or a theme. Call (321) 407-4774.

Is there a $25 intro offer at Reform Fitness?

A $25 new-client offer, either a first class or a week of unlimited, has been advertised. It does not appear in the studio's own FAQ, so confirm it by phone at (321) 407-4774.
