View all FAQsI'm new to the studio, what's the deal for a first class?
The intro offer is free for anyone new to the studio. There's also a New Client Special Pilates Equipment Trio for $100 if you want to try a few different equipment classes.
How do I get on the schedule here?
You can book online through their Mindbody page at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home, or just call the studio at (831) 818-9840. All classes and private appointments require a reservation, so don't just show up.
What's the price for a single equipment class?
A drop-in for an Equipment 4-Person Class is $49, and for a 3-Person Class it's $59. If you're new, the free intro is a better deal, or the $100 Trio special if you want to try a few.
Do they have mats for the mat classes, or should I bring my own?
The studio provides small props like foam rollers, balls, Therabands, and Magic Circles for mat classes, but the listing doesn't say if they loan out mats. Best to call ahead and ask if you don't have one.
What kind of equipment will I actually be using?
They've got Reformers and other Pilates apparatus, and they run equipment classes, mat classes, and TRX suspension training. The TRX classes are circuit-style, and mat classes use your own body plus small props.
How much does a private session set me back?
A private session runs between $95 and $125, depending on the instructor. If you're looking to save, a semi-private duet might be a better fit, but the price for that isn't listed here.
How long does a class or session last?
Every session and class is 55 minutes long, whether it's a private, semi-private, equipment, mat, or TRX class.
