View all FAQsWhat's the intro offer, and is it worth it?
New clients can get 2 classes for $45, one week unlimited for $59, or one month unlimited for $159. The month unlimited auto-renews at $229, so if you're just trying it out, the 2-class pack is the lowest commitment. If you plan to go a lot in a month, the one-month unlimited is a solid deal compared to the regular $229.
What are the membership options?
They have monthly memberships: 5 classes for $80, 8 for $125, 10 for $145, and unlimited for $229. The unlimited is the best value if you go more than 10 times a month. There's also a $159 unlimited intro for the first month.
What kind of Pilates is this? I've heard of Lagree, is that the same?
It's Lagree Fitness, which is a combo of Pilates and strength training. Classes are 40 minutes and work your arms, legs, back, cardio, and core. They use first-generation Proformer machines, and there are 10 of them. So it's not classic reformer Pilates, it's a more intense version.
What equipment do they have besides reformers?
They have TRX bands for special classes that mix Pilates and TRX, plus a large mat and foam rollers for stretching. So you can get a full-body workout in one session.
What's the cancellation policy?
You have 12 hours to cancel or switch a class. If you cancel late on an unlimited membership, it's a $15 fee, and a no-show is $20. Also, class spots are only held for 5 minutes after start time, so don't be late.
Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
Yes, new clients need to arrive 10 minutes early for a safety orientation and to fill out paperwork. So plan to get there a bit ahead of time.
