About Pilates Key West
Molly has over 30 years of experience in Pilates, transforming her passion for the practice into a commitment to helping others explore its benefits. A certified PMA®/NCPT Pilates Teacher, Molly began practicing under Romana's Pilates Instructor, Juanita Lopez, while studying at Northwestern University. She completed a comprehensive training program in Contemporary Pilates with Core Advancement in Miami and earned her Classical Mat Certification from Power Pilates.
