Not if you have never used a reformer. The studio requires between one and four intro private sessions first, and there is a three session pack sold for exactly that. The $22 first class offer is only for people who already have reformer experience.
How big are the classes?
Seven at most, which the studio describes as a semi private atmosphere rather than a group one.
What are the membership terms?
$165 a month for two classes a week, $230 for three, and $250 for unlimited. All carry a six month agreement, then run month to month with 30 days notice.
Do unused classes carry over?
No. A membership class not taken in a given week is gone, it does not roll into the next one. That makes the unlimited tier the safer choice if your weeks are uneven.
What do packs cost?
$150 for 5, $280 for 10 and $500 for 20, against a $32 drop in.
Is there parking on site?
Free parking in the Beckrich Office Park lot, behind the Starbucks on the corner of Highway 98 and Richard Jackson Boulevard. There is also a side entrance on the left of the building for quicker access.
What do I wear on my feet?
Pilates socks with grips, or barefoot. Both are allowed on the reformer here, which is more relaxed than most studios.
What does the timetable look like?
7am starts every day it opens. Monday and Wednesday run to 6:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday to 5:30pm, Friday to 1pm, Saturday to 11am, and Sunday is closed.
