View all FAQsWhat happens if I am the only person booked into a class?
The class will not run. At least two people have to be signed up, and if you are the only one they let you know and offer to upgrade you to a private session at a discount.
How many people are in a class?
Equipment classes cap at 6 and mat classes at 15, so the reformer room stays small even when it is full.
Can I just drop in and use the equipment?
No. The studio runs by appointment only, and there is no open gym access, so everything has to be booked ahead.
Is there a language other than English I could be taught in?
Quite possibly. The trainers between them are fluent in Spanish, Korean, Polish and French, which is unusual for a studio this size.
Is it only Pilates?
No. Alongside Classical Pilates on the mat and on the equipment, there is a contemporary reformer class that leans into strength, Kettlebells Strong, Vinyasa Yoga, and a session that mixes self defence with kickboxing. There is also an infrared sauna and local cryotherapy on site.
Can my teenager take a class?
Not a group class. All classes are 18 and over, but under 18s can be taken in private or duet sessions if you ask.
What does a class cost, and is the first one free?
The intro offer is logged as free. After that a single equipment class is $57.20, with packs of 5 for $270.40, 10 for $514.80 and 20 for $972.40. The odd amounts suggest the figures include tax.
Do I keep my shoes on?
No, there is a no shoes policy throughout. There is a shower on site for afterwards, and the studio is pet friendly, with a Beagle and Dachshund mascot called Toni.
