About New Strength Pilates
New Strength Pilates in Sugar Land, TX teaches mat Pilates using Stott Pilates techniques, with fully certified instructors. The studio offers group, private, and semi-private sessions at intermediate and advanced levels. Owner Beth Posa launched the studio in 2006, and the approach includes fascial work, biomechanics, and somatic exercise, building unique programs for each individual. Recent workshops include Build Your Bones and Feed Your Bones.
