About MUSE MVMT
MUSE MVMT in Sarasota, FL, is the city's only Lagree studio, teaching reformer pilates on the Megaformer, a machine often mistaken for a Pilates reformer. Classes focus on burning the core and strengthening all muscles, with the signature 'shakes' if done correctly. The studio offers memberships, schedules, and private sessions, with bookings through Mariana Tek.
