About Long Beach Yoga
Long Beach Yoga is a small, independently owned yoga studio in Long Beach, NY, run by a veteran and first responder. It began with Original Hot Yoga, also known as Bikram Yoga, and has since expanded to include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Pilates. The studio offers hot and warm classes and meditations, with mats provided. Beginners are welcome, and you can drop in without reserving, but you must arrive before class starts. Classes are booked through Mindbody.
