View all FAQsWhat are the two rooms?
A 550 square foot Hot Room with infrared panels, capped at 18, and a 650 square foot Vinyasa Room for unheated practice, capped at 20. Knowing which room a class runs in tells you more than the class name does.
What does the first month cost?
$65 for unlimited classes, with free mat and towel rentals included. Against a $27 drop in that is the obvious way to start.
Is there a cancellation fee on memberships?
Yes, in one specific case. Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, but a $50 fee applies if the membership does not renew at least twice. Plan on two months or take a class pack instead.
What do members get?
Two guest passes a month, free mat storage where available, free entry to the studio's FUNdamentals sessions, 10% off workshops, and extra in person classes at $5 each.
Do class packs expire?
After a year, which is generous, and expired classes can be reactivated for $5 each rather than lost outright.
Is there prenatal yoga?
Yes, a five week series for $150 or individual drop ins at $35. Private prenatal sessions are $100 an hour.
How many classes run each week?
Over forty, covering hot yoga, 26 and 2, vinyasa, warm vinyasa, Dharma yoga and the Dharma wheel, yin, restorative, core fusion and gentle classes, plus a class in Forest Park in season.
What can I use besides the studio floor?
Eighteen reversible rental mats with cleaning spray, communal props, four changing stalls and storage for shoes, coats and bags in the entry hallway.
