I’m so happy I found Little House Pilates! Always feeling so great after every class. The small group reformer classes feel like a private session, and the outdoor mat classes are relaxing and challenging, but not pushing you overboard. Sarah is so patient, and explains movements and muscles throughout the class. She’s the best!
