About Liberty Fitness
Liberty Fitness Boutique is a strength studio at 416 3rd Street in Eureka that teaches Pilates, rather than a Pilates studio that also keeps some weights. Mat and reformer Pilates sit on the same timetable as powerlifting, kettlebell, HIIT, functional fusion, strength and conditioning, and a mobility class built for people who lift.
The studio states its position plainly enough to be worth repeating: no before and afters. Instruction is described as evidence-based, the room as open to every fitness level and body type, and movement as something that changes across a lifespan rather than something with a finish line. If transformation marketing is what has kept you out of a Pilates studio so far, that is the difference here.
Parking is easier than at most downtown studios. Street parking is free with a 2 to 4 hour limit, and there is a pay-per-hour lot directly across the road.
Everything else runs through Bookee: registration, payment, the liability waiver you sign at first booking, and cancellations, which have to be made by you in the app rather than by calling the studio. Rates live inside that platform and are not published on the website, so this profile carries no price.

View all FAQsIs Liberty Fitness a Pilates studio or a gym?
Both, honestly. Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat sit on the same timetable as HIIT, Kettlebell, Powerlifting and Mobility for Strength, so the Reformer work is one part of a wider strength program rather than the whole offer.
Is the $110 private session the only price published?
Yes. A private session is $110 and no group class or pack rates are posted, so ask through the Bookee account or by email before you commit to a package.
Do I have to use Bookee to train here?
Effectively yes. Bookings, payments and account management all run through Bookee, also branded Kenko, and every class needs advance registration through that platform or an email to the studio. Cancellations are the student's job inside the app, nobody at Liberty Fitness does it for you, so learn where that button lives on your first visit rather than the day you wake up sick.
Can I park on 3rd Street?
Yes, free 2 to 4 hour street parking is available, and there is a pay-per-hour lot across the street when you need longer.
Do I need to sign anything before my first class?
A liability waiver comes up inside Bookee at initial registration and has to be accepted before you attend anything, so allow a few minutes for it rather than doing it in the doorway.
How much weight does the 5 star rating carry?
Not much. 15 reviews is a thin sample for Eureka, so read them rather than the average.
Reformer or mat for the Pilates classes?
Both run. Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat are separate slots on the schedule, and private and semi private training is available if you would rather not start in a group.
Can I work with Liberty Fitness from outside Eureka?
Yes. Online coaching is offered with a fitness plan and nutrition guidance, which is the route if you cannot get to 3rd Street regularly.
