About Lagree30A
Lagree30A is a pilates studio in Watersound, FL, teaching reformer pilates on the Mega Pro, which delivers significantly more resistance than a traditional reformer. Every class is powered by the Lagree Method, a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and control through slow, intentional movement, creating maximum effort with minimal joint impact. It is a distinct, high-intensity evolution of traditional Pilates. The studio offers private sessions, sells grip socks, and books classes through Mariana Tek.

Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat is a class at Lagree30A actually like?
Classes run 45 minutes on a Mega Pro Megaformer, a weighted spring system that loads more resistance than a traditional reformer. Low impact, high intensity, 16 MegaPro machines.
Are grip socks mandatory at Lagree30A?
Yes, they are mandatory, and Lagree30A sells pairs at the studio if you turn up without a pair. Wear breathable, form-fitting workout clothes with them.
How early should first timers arrive?
Get there at least 10 minutes before the start time. That covers check-in, a Mega Pro introduction and any questions.
Are prices published anywhere?
Not that we can quote, so call (850) 716-0029 or open the pricing page on lagree30a.com before you reserve a slot. One number is firm: unlimited members who cancel inside the 12 hour window pay a $15 fee, while everyone else forfeits the class credit. Book through the schedule on the website or the Lagree30A app for iOS and Android.
Why is there a gap in the middle of the weekday schedule?
Weekdays run in two halves. Mornings open at 7am and finish at 1pm, then Monday through Thursday reopen for an evening block that ends at 7pm. Friday has no evening class, and weekends are one shift, 8am to 12pm.
Is the five star rating worth much yet?
It is 5 from 15 reviews for Lagree30A, a small sample from a studio that has only just opened. Encouraging, not settled.
Does Lagree30A run anything beyond the standard schedule?
Yes. There is a men-only class several days a week, and Sunday classes finish with complimentary mimosas. Across early mornings, evenings and weekends the timetable carries roughly 60 classes per week.
