Kristen Riani Movement is a private Pilates studio on Manhattan's Upper East Side, founded in 2017 by Kristen Riani. Kristen began teaching in 2010 after a 600-hour comprehensive certification at The Lab in Brooklyn. Her contemporary approach is rooted in anatomy and biomechanics, addressing muscular imbalances and repatterning movement. She is also a teacher-trainer who mentors students through certification. Sessions are collaborative and personalized, focusing on strength, mobility, and posture. The studio is on 74th Street, Suite C-4, between Lexington and 3rd Ave.
