Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
How do the private, duet and trio rates compare?

A private session runs $75.00, a duet is $65.00 per person, and a trio drops to $50.00 per person. Bringing a friend cuts the cost without losing apparatus time.

Why are there two prices on the intro package?

Because the teacher differs. Three Private Sessions cost $250 with Karin or $199 with Kayla, so ask who you are booked with before paying.

What happens before your first Essentials class at KO Pilates?

Every client begins with an Initial Assessment, a 55-minute private session, so nobody drops straight into Essentials. Those classes are capped at 4 students and payment is taken in advance to reserve your spot. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel, otherwise the full class fee stands, so put the booking in your calendar rather than deciding on the morning.

Which Open Studio membership makes sense?

Open Studio runs $30.00 for one time per week, $50.00 for two times per week, or $79.99 unlimited. The top option adds one free private session per quarter.

Is Saturday a full day at KO Pilates?

No. Saturday runs 8am to 1pm and Friday stops at 2pm, while Monday stretches latest at 8:30am to 7pm. Sunday is closed, so plan weekend sessions early.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA funds?

Yes. KO Pilates is an approved Truemed vendor, so HSA and FSA funds apply.

What does classical mean at this Prather studio?

The studio calls itself the Central Valley's only true Classical Pilates studio, and it runs like Joseph Pilates ran his original New York room: Private Sessions and Open Studio work on classical mats, Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs and Barrels.

Does KO Pilates train teachers?

Yes. KO Pilates runs a Teacher Training Program and continuing education, and it is an approved Contrology demo center with 5% off Contrology by Balanced Body pieces.

Ready to book at KO Pilates?

Book directly with the studio. We take no booking fee and no commission, so the price you see is the price you pay.
