What is the difference between CORE, SCULPT, SURGE and FLOW?
CORE is heated mat Pilates built around deep core strength, stability, alignment and controlled movement. SCULPT is heated strength training with weights and resistance, worked at a controlled tempo on targeted muscle groups. SURGE is heated interval training, short bursts of athletic movement broken up by structured recovery. FLOW is heated breath-driven yoga aimed at mobility, balance and flexibility.
