About HRN Pilates
HRN Pilates is a classical Pilates studio in Arroyo Grande, CA, teaching the authentic method on Gratz and Contrology apparatus built to Joseph Pilates' original specifications. Private sessions combine apparatus and mat work, and daily in-studio and virtual private and mat classes are offered. The studio's founder, Hilary Norcross, brings a background as a professional ballet dancer and completed a 700+ hour certification with Dorothee VandeWalle. Reformer and mat equipment are on site, with group and private session formats available.
