Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsDo I need experience to start, or can I jump into any class?
No experience needed. They recommend starting with HILI Foundations, their beginner class that teaches the movement patterns before you join a regular class.
What should I bring to class?
Water and grip socks. If you don't have grip socks, they sell them on site, so you can buy a pair when you arrive.
How early should I get there for my first class?
Arrive 10 minutes before class. They use that time to check you in, give you a quick studio tour, and answer any questions.
What kinds of classes do they offer?
They have XFormer and Infrared Hot Mat classes. XFormer is reformer pilates, and Infrared Hot Mat is hot pilates. Both are high-intensity, low-impact.
Is there a deal for trying it out?
Yes, your first two classes are half price. That's a good way to test both the reformer and the hot mat classes without committing to a full package.
