Do I need to bring my own mat and towel?
You can rent a mat and get towel service on site. If you're a Wave Signature member, your mat and towels are complimentary. Otherwise, bring your own or rent. Grip socks are optional.

No, they offer both heated and non-heated classes. The heated ones use infrared heat, which warms your body directly. They're the only infrared heated studio in Napa.
