About HeART Pilates
HeART Pilates is Heather Koehn's studio in New Braunfels, opened in 2023 after the local YMCA closed. Sessions are private or small group of two to four people, so it works more like concierge training than a class timetable. Prior reformer experience or a strong exercise background is required, which makes it a poor first stop for absolute beginners. Class times run mornings and early evenings, and scheduling is done by text.
- Private and one to one sessions available
- Equipment: Reformer, Mat
- 3 class styles on the timetable
