I’ve been coming to Grip Pilates for 2 months. I absolutely love it! Tina, Kimberly and Melissa are all great trainers. The workouts challenge all parts of my body and the stretching at the end feels amazing. If you’re on the fence about booking a class, I encourage you to do it!
