Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is the yearly membership better value than paying monthly?

Monthly unlimited is $100 and the yearly $1,100, so the year only pays off if you train right through it. A 10 class pack is $135 and a drop-in is $25.

How does the free first TRX class work?

You sign the waiver in the Form and Function Yoga app, and the free credit appears there with the terms attached. It only covers TRX, so it does not cover a first Flow or Barre class.

What should I bring to a heated class?

A mat and a towel, and hydrate before and after. Mats are provided for every class anyway, and grip socks are sold at the studio for Barre and Sculpt.

What happens if I turn up late?

You are locked out. The doors lock 5 minutes after each class begins, which the studio does for the safety of staff and clients, so arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Is child care available at Form and Function Yoga?

Yes, at $5 a drop-in, though spots are limited, so book one in advance.

What is the difference between Barre and Sculpt here?

Barre is the ballet-inspired one, worked with light weights, Pilates balls, the ballet barres and body weight. Sculpt is a total body class built from Pilates-inspired movements, calisthenics and low-impact isolated work. Grip socks are encouraged for both, and Flow is the faster, aerobic yoga class that can go as far as handstands, backbends and arm balances.

Why does the studio shut in the middle of the day?

The schedule runs in two blocks. Mornings go from 8:30am to 12pm, then the studio reopens in the afternoon and runs to 7:30pm. Saturday follows the same shape, and Sunday is closed, so plan a weekend class for Saturday.

Can I book a private lesson at Form and Function Yoga?

Yes, but no rate is published for it. Pricing is set by the individual teacher, so ask through the app or the site at ffyoga.net and get the figure in writing before you commit.

Ready to book at Form & Function Yoga?

Book directly with the studio. We take no booking fee and no commission, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Booking opens on app.glofox.com.
