The studio describes itself as a Pilates-based movement studio focused on strength and mobility, and its published services are Mat Pilates, personal training, small group and private sessions, plus a teacher training programme. The name suggests rehab, but no clinician, licence or clinical service appears anywhere. If you need supervised care after an injury, phone (510) 806-5647 and ask who leads sessions and what their credentials are before booking.
$20 a class, or $110 for the 6-class pack, which is slightly cheaper per visit. That is cheap for mat work and the room caps at eight people, so book ahead on Momence rather than walking in.
By length: $40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes and $80 for 60 minutes. The $60 private session advertised elsewhere is the 45 minutes option. Payment is taken at booking, by cash, card or digital payment, and cancelling inside 48 hours can cost the full fee.
No reason is published, but every open day runs 7am until 3pm and the open days are Tuesday to Saturday. No evenings at all, so anyone on a standard workday is realistically looking at Saturday.
More than the Mat Pilates name suggests: reformer, tower, arcs and spine corrector, jumpboards and mat props. Group classes are sold as Mat Pilates, so ask which sessions put you on the reformer before assuming the $20 price includes it.
