Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat is the New Members Special at FIT 407 Windermere?
$99, and it buys two weeks of unlimited classes across both Reformer and Hot Mat at Windermere. A second intro figure circulates, $59 for 2 weeks pitched at trying the different class types, so ask which one applies before you pay.
Is FIT 407 Windermere really open until 12am on Friday?
Almost certainly not, and treat that line as a data error. Monday to Thursday run 6am to 7pm, and Sunday is 9am to 1pm, so a Friday that stays open until 12am and a Saturday that starts at midnight and runs to 6am before reopening at 9am does not fit the pattern. Saturday's daytime block, 9am to 1pm, matches Sunday. Ring (407) 775-0130 before planning a Friday evening or a Saturday dawn class.
What is the FIT Method at FIT 407?
Slow Resistance Training, which FIT 407 calls the FIT Method: modern Pilates done as high intensity, low impact strength work on its own custom-built, spring-based FIT FORMER machines, also badged FIT FIRE machines. Class names follow that, such as Reformer Full Body Sculpt and Reformer Sculpt: Level One.
Which class should a first-timer take at FIT 407 Windermere?
FORM Your Foundation, or whichever intro class is on the schedule, because the FIT FORMER machines are custom-built rather than standard Reformers and the studio wants you to learn the method on them first. It takes people over the age of 16.
What do I need for a class at FIT 407 Windermere?
Grip socks are compulsory at Windermere, and the studio sells them if you arrive without. Bring a towel and a water bottle too, and book through the FIT 407 app.
Does FIT 407 Windermere publish its membership prices?
Only as a range: $30 to $499, spanning memberships and class credits, with a real discount attached to a 12 or 6 month commitment. Line by line figures are not published, so call (407) 775-0130 before you commit to a term.
How is FIT 407 Windermere rated on Google?
Five stars from 126 Google reviews at Windermere, and its own site title calls it the best modern Pilates studio, which is the studio's claim rather than the reviewers'.
Is there parking at the Old Brick Rd studio?
Plenty. FIT 407 Windermere is at 6516 Old Brick Rd, suite 120, neon lights and all.
