When does booking open?
26 hours before the class starts. The booking window is closed daily from 2am to 5am, when only cancellations go through.
What happens if I cancel late?
Cancel at least 90 minutes before. Three late cancellations or no-shows inside 30 days shrinks your booking window to 90 minutes for a week.
Can I turn up without booking?
Walk-ins are welcome, and space is often there at class start. Waitlist spots are held until the class begins, and you check in at the Front Desk.

One to one work in the dedicated Pilates studio, moving against springs and body weight across over 500 exercises. The studio describes it as tightening what is loose and loosening what is tight.
Can I train from home?
