About Ctrl Room
Ctrl Room runs 45 minute classes on the XFORMER, a modern reformer built for slower, more intense work than the traditional machine. The format combines strength, control and full body movement while staying low impact. Instructors coach hands on and offer both modifications and harder variations, so beginners and experienced clients can take the same class. The studio is on Rossville Avenue in Staten Island and books through Arketa.
