View all FAQsWhat does a drop in actually cost here?
$39, which is a specific figure rather than the wide band most Club Pilates studios quote. Worth holding on to when comparing against the membership tiers.
Why does Friday close so early?
Friday shuts at 1pm against 8pm on Monday and Wednesday and 8:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday is 7:30am to 12:30pm and Sunday 8:30am to 1:30pm, so the last three days of the week are all mornings.
What is on the timetable?
Reformer Flow at levels 1, 1.5 and 2, Cardio Sculpt, and Center plus Balance.
How reliable is the 4.9?
It rests on 84 reviews at the Weston Road studio, which is a decent sample and a strong average for a chain location.
How is membership structured at Weston?
Four class, eight class and unlimited plans, priced by this studio rather than by the chain, or a single drop in at $39 if you would rather not commit at all.
Are the teachers well qualified?
Over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates certification before anyone teaches at Weston Road, which is the chain requirement and a great deal more than a weekend course.
Where should I head for?
1386 Weston Road, in the town centre area of Weston west of Fort Lauderdale.
What is the workout like?
Low impact and full body on the reformer, aimed at strength and flexibility together rather than one at a time.
