What is CP Cardio Sculpt?
A high energy, low impact class built around the Pilates jumpboard for an aerobic workout. It is the closest thing on the timetable to cardio.
What is Center and Balance?
Apparatus assisted stretching, aimed at re centering and balancing the body. Slower than Cardio Sculpt, and a sensible thing to pair with it.
How do the class levels work here?
Level 1 Foundation builds the base for beginners. Level 1.5 Progression adds more complex movement and equipment at a moderate tempo. Level 2 is Evolution and Level 2.5 is Mastery.
When does the Telfair studio open?
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday start at 6am. Monday and Wednesday open at 8am and run to 8:30pm, the latest close on the timetable. Saturday is 7:30am to 12pm and Sunday 8:30am to 1:30pm.
