View all FAQsThere are two Club Pilates in Rochester. Which one is this?
This is the Brighton studio at 1890 Monroe Ave, in Twelve Corners Plaza between the Starbucks and the Supercuts. The other sits on West Ridge Road in Greece, so check which one your booking is against before you set off.
What is CP F.I.T.?
Functional Interval Training, run boot camp style. It is the fast, noisy end of the timetable rather than a slow alignment class.
How do the class levels actually work?
Reformer Flow runs at Levels 1 through 2.5, Cardio Sculpt at 1 to 2.0, and Control and Suspend only at 1.5 and 2.0. So the harder formats simply do not exist at beginner level, which is the schedule protecting you from yourself.
Which class do I book if everything hurts?
CP Restore, built around foam rolling and self myofascial release. CP Center plus Balance is the other gentle option, using the apparatus to assist deep stretching.
When does the studio open?
Six in the morning most weekdays, though Wednesday starts at 7am. Monday and Thursday run to 8:30pm, Friday closes at 7pm, and the weekend finishes at 3:30pm both days.
Is the first session a real class?
It is a 30 minute introductory session rather than a full class, taught one to one style so you meet the equipment before joining a group. It costs nothing.
How well rated is this location?
4.8 on Google across 197 reviews, which is a solid sample for the Monroe Avenue site.
