View all FAQsWhere do I park at the North Tarrant Parkway studio?
In the large lot between Tom Thumb and Snooze. The studio sits at 2317 N Tarrant Pkwy, Suite 423.
Why does the schedule stop so early on Fridays?
Friday runs 6am to 2pm with no evening block, unlike Monday through Thursday which go through to 8:30pm. Saturday is 8am to 3pm and Sunday 8am to 2pm.
What is the difference between CP Control and Center plus Balance?
Control is the sculpting one, aimed at legs and glutes. Center plus Balance is apparatus assisted stretching, so it is the slower, opening session rather than the burning one.
Which class gets my heart rate up?
CP Cardio Sculpt, which uses the Pilates jumpboard for plyometric work while staying low impact. CP Suspend is the other harder option, pairing reformer work with TRX.
What will I actually be touching in a class?
The Reformer is the spine of every class, but sessions flow onto the springboard, EXO Chair, barre and TRX. The wider kit at this studio also takes in a Bosu, Magic Circle, Cadillac, and both a Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel.
Is there an enrollment fee on top of the membership?
There can be. One quote for a Fort Worth unlimited membership is $239 a month with a $149 enrollment fee attached, and 8 class tiers have been quoted anywhere from $127 to $189 a month at nearby studios. Ask what the joining fee is before you sign.
Is the first class genuinely free?
Yes, a complimentary 30 minute introductory class, booked online or by calling the studio. With 485 Google reviews at 4.9, this is one of the better reviewed studios in the chain, so it is worth using the free session to judge it yourself.
