Club Pilates

Club Pilates is a game changer in personal health and well being. Most of my life I have been a long distance runner, making a transition to join Club Pilates balanced out my training and life. There is a class for everyone and the instructors bring expertise, energy and knowledge to every class with attention to all attending. The classes are fresh and fun. The studio feels light and inviting the moment you walk in the door. I would recommend Club Pilates to everyone and anyone wanting to add a positive experience to their life!

August will mark my 3 year tenure at Club Pilates in Clovis. I have had many different instructors over this timeframe - and of course I have my favorites! Brenda has been there since day and has been instrumental in giving me the fundamentals of Pilates - she provides one on one instruction as needed - especially with new students who tend to jump too fast into 1.5 classes (that was me too)! Cory joined us this year and she turned up the heat!! She is very knowledgeable, engaged completely during the class, asks what body parts are in agony or need attention, and adjusts each class. She pushes us and it is welcomed and appreciated (no sluffing off under watchful eye)! Shes been such a great addition to the team! I’ve never consistently stuck with any exercise regimen before joining Pilates. I’m stronger, more flexible, my balance has improved and even lost weight!! I’ve built some amazing relationships with fellow members over the years and look forward to attending classes. The front desk smiles are there everyday to greet us and thank us as we leave - love you all! PS - never get rid of the mint lifesavers! 😍

I have been coming to Club Pilates for 6 years - I started at the Fresno location & then went to Clovis once it opened. My strength and dexterity have grown tremendously since then, but equally important I have developed some fabulous friendships! I want to give a special thank you to Cory. Her depth of knowledge and ability to challenge everyone while also focusing on form is phenomenal. She is truly a gifted instructor! Finally a shout out to the front office staff, they are friendly, fun - such a welcoming crew.
