View all FAQsI saw the intro offer is a free first class. Is that a full class or something shorter?
It is a free 30 minute introductory class that walks you through Reformer basics and the studio equipment. Good way to see if you like it before paying anything.
What equipment will I actually be using in a typical class?
The studio has Reformers, chairs, springboards, jumpboards, and mats. Some classes also bring in the EXO-Chair, barre, TRX, and Bosu. If you are new, the intro class focuses on the Reformer.
Can I just drop in for a single class, or do I have to buy a membership?
Drop in classes are available, but the price is not listed on their site and it varies by location. If you plan to come regularly, the 4 pack, 8 pack, or unlimited membership will probably work out cheaper per class.
How do I actually book a spot in a class?
You book online at their website, specifically at the Allandale location page. You will need to create an account or log in to reserve your spot. The free intro class is booked the same way.
What are the class levels and formats?
They have nine class formats across four levels: Level 1 Foundation, Level 1.5 Progression, Level 2 Evolution, and Level 2.5 Mastery. Formats include Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, and Control, so you can move up as you get stronger.
Is this studio part of a big chain?
Yes, Club Pilates is the largest Pilates brand globally and this location is a franchise under Xponential Fitness. That means the class structure and equipment are consistent across locations.
