View all FAQsHow do I find the studio?
Behind Flower Child and next to La La Land on Belt Line Road, Suite 123. In a strip that size the restaurant names are more use than the number.
How long are the weekdays?
5:30am to 8:30pm Monday through Thursday, fifteen hours, which is among the longest in the Texas Club Pilates group. Friday still opens at 5:30am but closes three hours earlier at 5:30pm. That matters more than it sounds: a Friday evening class does not exist here, and the Saturday and Sunday timetables both stop by mid afternoon, so the whole back half of the week is front loaded.
How does Saturday and Sunday look?
Saturday 7:30am to 3pm and Sunday 7:30am to 2pm, so both weekend days start early and finish mid afternoon.
How reliable is the 4.8?
The Addison studio's 4.8 rests on 333 reviews, one of the larger samples in this directory. At that count the score is a settled figure rather than a snapshot.
Which formats run?
Reformer Flow, Center plus Balance, Cardio Sculpt and the intro class, across four skill levels.
Can I turn up without socks?
Only if you plan to buy a pair. Grip socks are mandatory for every class on Belt Line Road and the front desk stocks them.
Where do bookings go through?
Through the Club Pilates app, which holds the schedule and the membership in one place.
What is in the room?
Reformer, springboard, EXO-Chair, barre and TRX. A single Addison class moves between several of them rather than staying on one, which is the contemporary approach rather than a classical one.
