About Classical Pilates NYC
Classical Pilates NYC in Chelsea, Manhattan teaches the full classical Pilates repertoire on all classical equipment. Private and duet sessions are offered, but no group classes. Enja Schenck M.S., CSCS, CPT, a teacher-of-teachers, leads the studio. She specializes in post-rehabilitation work, muscular-skeletal conditions, and training for women 45 and older. The studio also mentors Pilates apprentices and junior teachers, and offers guidance for newer teachers. Clients range from beginners to Pilates teachers.
