Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow much is a one to one session?
$95 for a 50 minute private, $375 for a 4-pack and $650 for an 8-pack. Sessions are all the same length.
Why is a duet more expensive than a private?
The single duet is listed at $130 against $95 for a private, which suggests the duet figure covers both people. The 4-pack at $245 sits below the private 4-pack, so ask how it is charged.
Can I book a class for friends?
Yes, a private class for up to four friends or family members runs 50 minutes. Call or text 904-403-0349 to arrange it.
Who founded Celestine Pilates?
Cara Doud, a certified Pilates instructor. It is a boutique studio rather than part of a chain.
How do I get in touch?
Call or text 904-403-0349, or email hello@celestinepilates.com. There is no self-service booking app published.
Which day opens earliest?
Tuesday, at 6:30am. Monday and Friday start at 9am, Wednesday and Thursday at 8am, and everything closes by 6:30pm.
Is the studio open at the weekend?
Saturday runs a short window, 9:30am to 11:30am. Sunday is an afternoon instead, closing at 6:30pm.
What should I wear and bring?
Standard Pilates practice applies here rather than a published studio rule: form fitting clothes so an instructor can see your alignment, nothing with zippers or loose fabric that catches on equipment, and grip socks or bare feet, because shoes do not go on the floor. A hair tie matters if your hair is longer than chin length, since it affects neck alignment lying flat. Keep jewelry minimal.
