Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhich mornings start at 6:30am at BVRN Athletic Reformer?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday open at 6:30am. Tuesday and Thursday begin later, running 7am to 11am, so early risers in Delray Beach should aim for the alternate days.
Is there an evening option on Friday or the weekend?
No. BVRN Athletic Reformer shuts at 12:30pm Friday, and both weekend days finish by 12pm.
Which weeknights have Reformer sessions after work?
Monday and Wednesday evenings run to 7:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday to 7pm. Wednesday's morning block also stretches to 1:30pm, handy for a Delray Beach lunch break.
What does a late cancel cost at BVRN?
$45. That fee covers a no-show or any reservation cancelled less than 12 hours before class, so an early 6:30am slot needs cancelling the evening before.
How do credits and the app work at BVRN Athletic Reformer?
Create an account, buy credits and reserve through the schedule page or the BVRN app. A first-timer offer exists but carries no published price, so ring (561) 562-3790 first.
Is BVRN Body the same studio as BVRN Athletic Reformer?
No, they are sister studios with different formats. BVRN Athletic Reformer on Jog Road runs reformer group classes that mix classical Pilates principles with a more athletic style of training, using choreography built to push clients to their limit. BVRN Body is floor-focused and high-energy, with infrared heat. If you book an Infrared Mat class, bringing your own mat is encouraged, though mats can be rented or bought.
What should I pack besides grip socks for a Delray Beach reformer class?
A towel and water bottle, since BVRN classes aim for a full-body sweat. Grip socks are required on the Reformer and sold at the front desk.
Which unit on Jog Road is BVRN in, and is there parking?
Unit 109 at 16950 Jog Rd, Delray Beach, FL 33446. Parking is available, and Google rates the place 4.4 across 64 reviews.
