View all FAQsHow much is a private session at BodyTonic?
$119 with a Certified Teacher and $145 with a Senior Teacher. A session with Jennifer DeLuca costs $185 and runs a waitlist.
Do I have to start with private sessions?
Yes. Every client begins on the intro offer, 3 Private Sessions for $290, which expires 21 days after the first visit. Group work comes after that.
What is the cheapest way to train here?
Group Tower at $30 a class, or $270 for ten. Livestream mat is cheaper still at $25, dropping to $225 for a pack of ten.
What does a Duo or Trio cost?
Duos are $84 a session, $410 for five and $800 for ten. Trios drop to $67, $325 and $625, so bringing two friends nearly halves the rate.
Do I need special socks?
Non slip socks are required for every client, no exceptions. The studio keeps loaner pairs and sells them if you forget.
Is there a changing room?
Barely. There is a small bathroom to change in, and no shower or locker room, so plan to arrive ready and leave the same way.
What equipment does BodyTonic use?
Gratz, which matters if you care about classical Pilates. Reformer, wunda chair, cadillac, push thru bar, leg springs, arm springs and roll back bar.
How long do packs last, and is a pack worth buying?
Packs of five and ten expire 12 months after purchase, which is generous next to the 21 day window on the intro offer. The arithmetic is simple enough: a Certified Teacher private is $119 as a single, $580 for five and $1130 for ten, so the ten pack costs less per session than paying as you go. Whether that is worth it depends on using them inside the year.
