What should a first timer expect?
Arrive 15 minutes early. The class is Sculpt, high intensity and low impact, running 45 minutes on custom BODYROK reformers. Wear fitted workout clothing so an instructor can see your form, and skip anything loose. Grip socks are required and sold at the studio. Bring water, though bottled water is sold and there is a station for refills. Lockers with locks are available.
