Is parking free?
Free 75 minute street parking, which covers a 45 minute class and the changing on either side but not much more. Do not plan to stay for coffee afterwards.

What should I not wear?
Loose clothing, which catches in the reformer, and dangling jewellery. Fitted kit lets the instructor see your alignment, which is the actual reason for the rule.
How long are the classes?
45 minutes on the custom BODYROK reformer, and every class can be scaled up or down by the instructor for the people in the room.
What are the prices?
$20 for the intro class, then packs at $169 for 5, $299 for 10 and $549 for 20. Membership starts at $129 a month with unlimited at $279.
