45 minutes, high intensity and low impact, on a custom BODYROK reformer with resistance springs. Set to music and moving fast, working core, arms, legs and glutes.
Are towels provided?
Yes, the studio provides towels. There are lockers with locks too, though the studio says not to bring valuables.
What should I wear?
Fitted workout clothing, so an instructor can see your form. Loose clothing and dangling jewelry catch in the reformer. Grip socks are required and sold here.
When is Cherry Hill open?
6am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, which covers both an early class and an evening one. Friday opens at 6am but shuts at 1pm, and Saturday runs 7am to 1pm. Sunday opens at 7am, though the published closing time looks like a data error, so check before making the trip. Booking is through the BODYROK app or the website.
