View all FAQsCan I take a morning class here?
Only on Saturday. This is the unusual one: weekdays are evenings only, opening at 4:30pm on Monday, 4pm on Tuesday and 4:45pm on Friday. Saturday opens at 8:10am and Sunday runs an afternoon block from 3:30pm. If you train before work, this studio cannot help you.
How late can I get to a class?
Monday runs to 9pm, which is the latest of the week. Tuesday closes at 8:30pm, Friday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 6:30pm.
Is parking free downtown?
Yes, free parking is listed at the Kennedy Boulevard site, which is worth something in downtown Tampa.
Is it only reformer classes?
No. Alongside the seven reformer formats there is Barre and Cardio Pilates on the timetable here, so the schedule is broader than most BODYBAR studios.
Which class should I book first?
Precision, which is the classic reformer format built around foundation and core stability. Performance is the fast one, Strength adds the Chair, Agility puts you on the Jumpboard, and Reset and Balance 40 are the gentler end of the seven.
How far ahead does booking open?
Two weeks. With an evening only weekday schedule the slots are compressed, so popular times will go faster here than at a studio running all day.
Can I pause a membership?
Yes, in 30 day blocks, up to three freezes and 90 days a year. Cancelling needs 30 days notice by email to the studio, and class cancellations need 10 hours.
