View all studios in St. PetersburgFrequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsThe hours look identical every day. Is that right?
It is. 6am to 7pm, seven days a week, with no shorter Sunday and no late weeknight. Rare for a boutique studio, and it makes this the easy one to plan around if your week moves.
How many reformers are in the room?
BODYBAR studios typically run 14, so a full class is a busy floor rather than a semi private.
What is Reset, and how is it different from Balance 40?
Reset works on the Tower and Tower Mat. Balance 40 is the 40 minute recovery slot, using the Tower and Chair for dynamic stretching plus stability work. Both are the gentler end. Agility, by contrast, puts you on the Jumpboard.
Can I pause a membership if I travel?
Yes, in 30 day blocks, up to three freezes a year and 90 days total. Cancelling outright needs 30 days notice by email to the studio.
Is parking a problem on 37th Avenue?
No. Free parking is listed at the Suite B site, which spares you the usual St. Petersburg hunt for a space before a 6am class.
Which class should I book first?
Precision. It is the classic Reformer format built around foundation, form and core stability, and the studio points beginners at it before anything else. Performance is the opposite end, fast and high output, aimed at people who already know the machine.
What do I need to bring?
Grip socks, which are required and sold at the studio, plus a water bottle and a small towel if you want one. Everything else is provided. Fitted clothing rather than loose, because loose fabric catches in the carriage.
